We have a team of surprise specialists who are highly trained to deliver a surprise experience while keeping the surprise store's standards in mind and conveying your feelings to your loved ones. Owing in large part to the fact that we do not send our items or experiences through any other delivery partners, we cannot cater to customers outside of Bangalore.

The Crate of Ecstacy's experience is designed for customer's who aren't available with their loved one but that doesn't mean you cannot be in front of them. Depends on your convenience and flexibility . But if you are available with your loved , we have specifically designed an experience called as Time travel to meet all your needs

Absolutely!! After all, surprises are experienced the best when they're completely unexpected. A late night delivery charge of Rs.500/- will be applied on any delivery which is required after 10pm as our service professionals will have to work extra hours post their work schedule in order to deliver your emotions to your loved one at your convenient time.

We may not be able to customise the surprise experiences, but we can certainly personalise it for you! The removal of any elements may result in us failing to meet the standards or expectations that our valued customers have placed in B E.

I'm afraid that won't be possible since a B-E filmmaker won't be travelling with a team of surprise specialists who have been specially trained for the Crate of Ecstasy’s experience. You can select the Time Travel option, in which case the director will arrange for a cinematic video for you!

: If your loved one does not answer the phone or is not available during the surprise period, we recommend that you keep us informed in advance, even if there's a small possibility. You can contact your experience specialist, who will assist you in either rescheduling if slots are available or providing an alternative solution.

I'm afraid we may have to compromise on the quality of experience we wish to provide. We recommend as your friend to make an extra effort to collect a few more pictures, as we are sure that everyone in today's generation has a few or plenty of memorable times that they would have captured.
